Ordering, Shipping & Returns
Ordering on this site is exclusively for wholesale customers. To order at the wholesale level you will be asked to provide some basic information to verify your status as a bona fide retailer. Non-retailers are welcome to explore the site and catalog. If you are are not a retailer, we would be pleased to refer a retailer who could serve your purchase needs for playing cards, puzzles and games. For wholesale customers, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If you are an established customer you may also pay based upon your existing account credit limit and terms. If you have any questions, please contact us at 800-962-3468.
We ship regular UPS and Federal Express ground. The actual shipping charges are added to your order upon shipment with no extra handling or processing fees included. If you have a UPS or Federal Express account and wish the charges applied to this account, you should provide this information at time of order placement. Expedited delivery service is available, upon request at the published additional cost. When free shipping is offered, this will be for regular ground shipping service. Expedited service will require the appropriate surcharge.
Returns & Exchanges
To serve each customer in the most efficient and orderly method, prior approval is necessary for all returns or exchanges. Please contact us at 800-962-3468 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain your request.
You may return new, unopened and unaltered non-custom items purchased from Piatnik of America within 30 days of delivery for a full product credit. We can not accept returns after 30 days.
Unless incorrect or defective merchandise was received, it is the Purchaser responsibility to pay for return shipping fees in addition to a 15% restocking fee.
Any merchandise returned without prior approval will be refused and returned to the sender.
